Delicious Deviled Eggs

  • 6 eggs, hardboiled

  • 2 tablespoons of tahini (or hummus)

  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Sprinkle of turmeric (or ground sumac)

  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Peel boiled eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks and place in a bowl. Set the egg whites to the side.

  2. Add cilantro, salt and pepper, tahini, and mayonnaise to the egg yolks. Mash and mix with a fork until smooth.

  3. Scoop the mixture evenly into each egg white half.

  4. Plate and sprinkle with turmeric.

  5. Enjoy!
