Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Soup

Yields: Approximately 9 servings


  • 9 cups of Immune Boosting Chicken Stock

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 3 large carrots, diced

  • 6 celery stalks, diced

  • 2 cups cooked chicken meat, chopped

  • 2 bay leaves

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Egg Noodles (or pasta of choice)

  • Dried Parsley


  1. Dice onions, cut carrots, cut celery and add into the slow cooker along with the Immune Boosting Chicken Stock.

  2. Add bay leaves. Season lightly with salt & pepper.

  3. Cook for 6-8 hour on high.

  4. When 6-8 hours is complete, add egg noodles (or pasta of choice) and chopped chicken. Continue cooking for 45 minutes or until egg noodles are softened.

  5. Serve into bowls, garnish with parsley and enjoy!
