Vegetable Platter

  • Assorted vegetables of your choice, washed and sliced

Tahini Ranch Dip

  • 1 cup of tahini

  • 1 chive, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh dill, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 lemon

  • Garlic powder to taste


  1. Wash and cut your choice of vegetables. Arrange on a platter and set aside.

  2. Add the tahini, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard to a bowl and mix together.

  3. Add chives, dill, and garlic powder. Mash and mix with a fork until the texture is consistent.

  4. Serve with your vegetable platter and enjoy!
