1 cup blueberries
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or your choice of yogurt)
Line a sheet tray with parchment paper and set aside.
Add rinsed blueberries and Greek yogurt to a bowl.
Lightly mix with a spoon until the blueberries are evenly coated.
Spoon the coated blueberries evenly on the prepared sheet tray. Make sure there is enough space between each blueberry.
Freeze the blueberries for at least two hours.
Remove from the freezer before serving and enjoy!
