HOTATE KAI YAKI MISO (Miso Scallops)

Ingredients


1 or 2 scallops

1 pinch small green onion

1 egg

1 teaspoon miso

1/2 teaspoon mirin (sweet cooking sake)






 

Directions

Cut scallops into bite-sized pieces.


Cut small green onion into small pieces and mix with beaten egg.


Mix scallop shells with water (not listed recipe)and about half of miso and mirin.


Put in a preheated toaster oven and warm for 2 to 3 minutes.


When the eggs begin to harden, add the rest of the mixture and warm for about 1 minute more.
