Ingredients
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon honey
1 cup chilled hibiscus tea
2-3 fresh lime slices
Ice
Instructions
Add fresh mint leaves, honey, and lime juice to a clear glass. Muddle gently with a spoon until the leaves are evenly coated and slightly soften.
Pour in ice and hibiscus tea.
Garnish with lime slices.
Stir and enjoy!

1/4 cup mandarin oranges, peeled and chopped (or canned mandarin oranges)
1 cup sparkling water
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
Fresh orange slices
Ice
Instructions
Pour orange syrup, mandarin oranges, and ice to a glass.
Gently pour in sparkling water and add in orange juice.
Garnish with a slice of orange and enjoy!
